Just a slight schedule change, for the better.
Sunday morning, prior to pancakes we are going to go through some warm up stretching drills, a few activation moves, and then do a 20min jog (no man left behind)
8am- Gather for stretching drills and warm up followed by jog around course (20min jog)
Then, we are going to make pancakes!!!! And we will have coffee for you!
Skills for 2 hrs then start the “racing” – not a race, just riding really fast as a group and trying to finish in front of each other.

The afternoon ride on Saturday is a beautiful loop with plenty of dirt/gravel and will give you all a chance to chat up Kerry for training secrets!
We are taking the camp to the mountains this year, Banner Elk, NC!
Right between Sugar Mtn and Beech Mtn. Incredible location with fantastic scenery and training routes.
Plenty of places to stay at one of the many local resorts, vacation rental homes, or pick a hotel 20 minutes away in Boone.

We are providing lunch on Saturday! We will have a lunch platter and drinks.
We have a location! Salisbury Community Park. Home of the NCCX Salisbury race each fall for over a decade.
We have great products from Clif for everyone doing the Camp!
Ken’s Bike Shop will be providing mechanic services for the training race.
